Were you one of the many who came up to the mountains to view the solar eclipse last month? It was a spectacular sight! Luckily it was also a uneventful one. Many of us were concerned with the amount of traffic heading up before hand, but it didn’t seem to bad. Most of the locals stayed put while visitors came up early. After the eclipse was a different story though many who came up for the day from Atlanta also headed back after totality hit. This caused major delays on the highways even taking some people as long as 9 hours to get back to Atlanta! Do you have a eclipse story or picture you would like to share?
